You’ll also need experience in programming and promoting theatre shows and events. You’ll also have experience in managing budgets, be an effective and efficient administrator as well as ensuring policies and procedures are followed. This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in the development of Chelmsford Theatre, placing our venue at the centre of the city’s recovery from the pandemic.
Most importantly you will be an ambassador for Theatre and the Arts working to support Chelmsford City’s Cultural Services Manager to develop and deliver an exciting, inclusive theatre - working in a multi-disciplinary and highly driven team within an ambitious local authority who are working hard to raise Chelmsford’s cultural profile.
