Records Management provides service provision and practical support and guidance for the delivery of effective paper and electronic information asset management, under GDPR and the Freedom of Information Act.
The post holder will guide users in utilising emerging records management functionality of KMBC’s electronic systems and assist in conversion of paper records into electronic medium. They will also coordinate the internal Paper Records Management service.
The successful applicant will have experience in administration of records including cataloguing and indexing. Competence in electronic records management including using retention policies and classification.
