We are currently seeking a MASH Education Worker to actively contribute as part of the Education Social Welfare Service within the MultiAgency Safeguarding Hub [MASH] liaising with the Education Social Welfare Service, schools and Education Systems
You will need to have been educated to NVQ Level 4 or equivalent. Knowledge of data protection, working with sensitive data and information sharing protocols is vital to this role.
To contribute to multi-agency working assessments and shared decision making at MASH,
To contribute to the work, overall planning and development of the MASH and Education Social Welfare Service.
To contribute to the EHCP process to support the development and coordination of the completion of Social Care Advice and the implementation of the EHCP review process.
The ability to converse effectively orally and in writing with colleagues, agencies and members of the public and provide clear advice is very important to this role. Good time management and the ability to prioritise workload to meet the demands of the service with the ability to work independently is crucial to this role.

This position will initially, in line with current government guidance be based from home. In future, the Council will be moving to a hybrid of working arrangements for many of our roles with a combination of homeworking, office and site working as required.
