If you are a registered Social Worker then we would love to hear from you. We are offering an excellent opportunity to join a friendly, dynamic and supportive team which promotes and supports the independence of service users.
We are looking for motivated, experienced professionals who are committed to working in an integrated team and ready to embrace new ways of working, to help further shape our services.
As a Social Worker you will be working with people over the age of 18 with a diverse range of care and support needs. Through excellent opportunities for training and development, including a comprehensive induction, you will receive the support you need and recognition for your good work.
This is an exciting time to join us as we move towards integration with our health colleagues. Informal visits prior to interview are welcomed from people who share our values.
Occasionally you will be expected to work outside normal office hours and at weekends to optimise support to service users and provide a responsive, seamless and multi-disciplinary approach.
