About the role
The new Service Engagement Officer, will help strengthen our back-office functions to promote improvements to service delivery.
You will project-manage and implement evidence-based processes, driven by the voice and needs of children and young people with SEND. You will also support services to develop their sustainable offers to schools, and ensure the promotion of services is appropriate. We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal and project management skills.
This role will be challenging but rewarding and provide a wealth of career development opportunities. You could be based in either Lewes, Eastbourne or Hastings, with some travel across the county involved. For this role, we want to hear from candidates from a range of backgrounds; including business and public affairs.

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
