About the role

Primary and/or SEND teacher

Are you an experienced primary and/or SEND teacher who is looking for a new challenge?

ISEND Teaching and Learning Provision (TLP) provide interim packages of education for children aged 5 yrs-16 yrs, who are too sick to attend school (physical and mental health) focusing on school reintegration.  TLP are seeking an experienced and qualified primary/SEND teacher who can use a range of assessment tools to identify gaps in learning and additional need and implement intervention teaching on a 1:1 and small group basis across the county, virtually, in one of the three TLP centres or in the home.  The post holder may also be required to teach an additional subject as well as support schools to develop robust Additional Needs plans. You will need to demonstrate a flexible approach to meet the diverse needs of a continually changing cohort.   A driving licence and access to a car is essential.

Hours of work: 19.5 per week (0.6 fte)
Working pattern: Part-time
