We have 30-hour and 15-hour Support Worker roles available within our day services in the following areas: 

  • Eastbourne
  • Lewes
  • Crowborough
  • Bexhill

You will work with great people. You will receive excellent support and training.

The role will be full of variety. No two days will be the same in this rewarding role.

As an employee of East Sussex County Council, you will have access to a range of staff benefits, for example, money off vouchers, wellbeing and health discounts, various loan schemes to name a few.

This position is graded at Single Status 5, with scale points of 12 to 13, which equate to £10.24 to £10.44 per hour

Annual salary for 30 hours per week = £15,974 to £16,286

Annual salary for 15 hours per week = £7,987 to £8,143

You will work a 7 ½ hour day. This means your shift pattern would be 8.30am to 4pm or 12pm to 7.30pm on a rota basis
