We are seeking a talented individual to fulfil a newly created role of Rents and Estates Officer within the Commercial Estates Team. You will be experienced in dealing with all aspects of commercial property leases and income such as invoicing and calculation of rents, service charges and cost recovery and manage all expenditure for Commercial properties and general estates management. You will deal with telephone, written and face to face enquiries from tenants, suppliers and stakeholders, providing explanations and clarification of actions taken and general advice and guidance relating to legislation, policy and procedures. Working closely with the Finance team in budgeting, reconciliation and recovery matters, you will be part of a busy team and who are committed to providing the highest standard of customer delivery.
We need someone who is conscientious, self-motivated and has a depth of experience and good knowledge of commercial property leases, legislation and current codes of practice.

We are currently working full remotely for the foreseeable future when we anticipate returning to the office on a flexible basis which will still include work from home and flexi time opportunities but candidates should be within commutable distance of our offices in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire or able to attend meetings as required if further afield.
