The starting salary for this role is £21,943 per annum, working 36 hours per week.
Land and Property Services has responsibility for extensive portfolios of operational and non-operational premises, including office buildings, libraries, fire stations, rural land, care homes, and many other types of property. Our diverse service delivers everything Property; designing new buildings; managing, maintaining, and adapting existing buildings; acquiring and selling land and property; and managing tenancies, leases, and other agreements.
The Property service is responsible for the management of the Council’s property portfolio comprising approx. 2000 sites and main properties. This role has a core base location of Woodhatch in Reigate however meetings will occur at other sites to which you will be required to attend. In addition, our organisation supports flexible working and this can include working from home or from other partner offices both within and outside of the County.
Duties for this role include supporting Land & Property in the management & development of property asset management systems, maintaining and upkeeping all property related information accurately & efficiently, and providing technical support to users of all property information systems.

- Experience of inputting, managing and analysing data
- Experience of reporting on data
- Experience of using a database
- Experience of working with Computer Aided Design (CAD)
- Minimum of 3 GCSE’s including Mathematics
