About the role

Premises Manager - Langney Primary Academy

  • Full time, permanent position. 37 hours a week. 

Langney Primary school are looking for a premises manager to join their team. 

The premises manager is responsible for the security, maintenance and cleaning of the site.

Some key main duties are:

  • Act as a designated key holder, providing out of hours and emergency access to the school site
  • Oversee other site staff including contractors for cleaning and gardening maintenance
  • Undertake minor repairs and maintenance of the buildings and site
  • Arrange emergency repairs, regular maintenance and safety checks

Experience of working in a building / site maintenance role including forward planning and problem solving, with the ability to use initiative in dealing with matters as they arise is essential.
