PROJECT MANAGER (TOWN DEAL)
37 HOURS PER WEEK
GRADE H £36,922 to £40,876 per year
Following the recent award of £25m Town Deal funding, Long Eaton is embarking on a transformational journey of regeneration. This once in a generation opportunity brings together a wide ranging suite of projects over the next five years including the following:
- Redevelopment of derelict sites
- High Street renewal
- Highway design, incorporating improved walking and cycling networks
- New residential and commercial floorspace
- Improving West Park as a leisure attraction
In order to achieve this ambitious programme within the timescales required, Erewash Borough Council requires an experienced Project Manager to focus on delivering designated projects and contributing to the success of the overall programme.
This rewarding new role will be fast paced and varied, dealing with internal council services, external consultancy teams, government advisors, property owners and other project stakeholders.
You will operate in a dynamic and supportive working environment as part of a close knit team.
