£13,870 - £16,117 per annum
18.5 hours per week, working Wednesday to Friday, daily working hours are negotiable

As a HR Adviser you will provide a high quality, effective, customer focused HR business partnering service to managers, employees and other partners across Mansfield and Ashfield District Councils, in line with legislation, organisational policies and procedures and HR best practice.
Working as a business partner you will advise on a range of employment and employee relations matters including attendance management and health issues, conduct capability, grievance and disciplinary matters. You will also be required to support recruitment, organisational change and job evaluation processes.
In addition, you will actively support the development of the HR Service through policy, process and performance improvement.
You will be a Chartered Member of the CIPD or an Associate Member of the CIPD and have a Level 5 qualification in a relevant subject, plus relevant employee relations experience within a HR environment.
You will be required to work across multiple sites in the Mansfield and Ashfield Area.
