As a HR Advisor for Birmingham Children’s Trust you will provide a high-quality valued HR advisory service across the business.
You will be the first point of contact for all HR enquiries; supporting the HR Consultants by providing advice and guidance on the full range of HR policies and procedures to our customers as well as maintaining our HR and payroll systems.
This role requires you to have a good grasp of employment law matters and an experience of delivering HR services in a complex organisation.
You will have excellent communication and organisation skills coupled with the ability to prioritise your work to meet deadlines; whilst remaining detailed focused in this fast-paced environment.
