Exciting Opportunity to help shape the strategic direction of Adult Social Care in the borough
The Commissioning and Development Manager will join an established team providing commissioning and development support for adult social care in the borough. The post holder will manage and lead on the development of strategies, pathways, processes, performance, service redesign and commissioning for Adult Services across Health and Social Care agencies.
The opportunity is a fixed term position to provide additional capacity in the team to support the One Halton place based development.
- Candidates should have experience of working in a Health/Public Health/Social or Welfare setting (Adults)
- Knowledge of the Health & Social Care national and local agendas
- Able to think and plan strategically
- Able to influence people and promote change
