The Public Health team is still very busy responding to the COVID-19 pandemic.  We are looking for a Support Officer on a six-month fixed term contract (or secondment for existing HCC staff) to provide additional support on effective data handling, meeting management and accurate minute taking.

You will be part of a small and friendly team, providing support on the outbreak response to Covid-19, focusing largely on meeting management, minute taking and inbox management.

You will have business support experience, particularly being able to demonstrate effective and efficient meeting support and minute taking.  You will also have excellent communication and IT skills.   Experience of working in a busy role and dealing with confidential and sensitive information would also be beneficial.

Interviews for these roles will take place as quickly as possible and will involve a pre-interview test.

We kindly ask that unsuccessful candidates who have previously applied for this role do not re-apply.

Closing Date: 30 September 2021
