Inclusive salary range from £35,354 up to £39,516 per year plus
up to 18.5% employer pension contribution + car user allowance

In this post you will be a specialist resource for the Housing Income Team on legal issues and good practice in relation to all aspects of income management and debt recovery. You will be responsible for managing accounts for temporary accommodation and sheltered accommodation as well as income recovery for former tenant arrears and recharges. You will be responsible for day-to-day supervision and performance reviews of the Housing Income Assistant and will provide support to the Housing Income Team Leader on other functions as needed.
Previous experience of income and debt collection and ideally experience of management or leadership skills would be an advantage. Ability to work in partnership with a range of stakeholders and the ability to engage with tenants and members of the wider community to deliver results is required for this role.
An excellent communicator you must have a practical and solution focused approach together with great organisational skills. A full driving licence and use of a car insured for business purposes is needed for this role.
