We are looking for an experienced administrative business support officer to provide complete and comprehensive administration and meeting support to the Adoption Partnership. This includes minuting complex weekly panels as required to ensure an accurate record of the meeting is produced within the required timescales paying particular attention to detail. This position will be based in Medway but some travel may be required.
The role will also include inputting data into the Council’s information systems.
You will administer processes and procedures using available equipment and ICT packages to meet organisational standards and requirements.
You will deal efficiently with telephone queries from other departments and also from external service users and other requests for information in order to ensure that service performance levels are met.
You will be required to offer flexibility in supporting the work of other business support staff during periods of absence or high volumes of work to maintain the efficient provision of administrative services across the Adoption Partnership.
