Job Title: Senior Support Officer
Location: Hybrid Working, Currently under review.
Salary: H5-H6 £20,903 - £25,481
Hours: 37 hours per week
Contract: 24 month fixed term or secondment
The Integrated Accommodation Commissioning Team is recruiting a Senior Support Officer to ensure that residential and nursing services commissioned in Hertfordshire are safe, high quality and good value.
The Officer will be responsible for working within a commissioning team to support the delivery of the Discharge to Assess Pathway across the county.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring that records are up to date and recorded on
- Undertake project work, compiling reports/briefings, assessing the impact of changes and documenting required information.
- Produce reports on provider performance.
- Provide professional support to senior officers and managers, including minute taking, undertaking an ambassadorial role dealing with confidential and sensitive matters.
- Manage utilisation of and provide expertise in software packages such as Microsoft Office, production of documentation according to local procedures and statutory or legal requirements.
