About the role
Are you dynamic, organised and committed to providing high standards of care and service delivery?
Confident and solution focused, you’ll be part of the Milton Grange management team supporting the Day and Community Service manager in the day to day management of the service including deputising for them in their absence.
You will be committed to providing a safe, flexible and responsive service, when and where needed by clients and their carers, that offers personalised individual support services that are outcome focussed.
You will need management or supervisory experience within directly provided services and have a total commitment to customer care. You will also have an extensive working knowledge and experience of the CQC requirements and will be able to evidence a solution-focused approach to service development.

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
Work Permits: we may be able to obtain a Work Permit for this post but this is subject to meeting the requirements of the UK Border Agency’s Points-based Immigration System.
