About the role

Nursery and Extended Schools Administrator - Robsack Wood Primary Academy

We are seeking to employ a Nursery and Extended Schools Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support for the Nursery and Extended schools provision.

The successful candidate will be able to deal with varied administrative duties including acting as the main point of contact for phone call and e-mail queries from staff, parents and visitors, diary maintenance, arranging meetings and taking minutes, maintaining accurate pupil records, preparing invoices, processing payments, progressing outstanding payments and issuing refunds, ensuring training records are accurately maintained and leading a positive presence on for the settings on social media.

The role is permanent, full time for 52 weeks.
