Practice Manager - FTC 12 Months, 37 hours per week
This post will join an established team providing commissioning, policy, performance and customer care for adult social care in the borough.
The post holder will manage a range of work streams and staff and work with the wider adult social care department and colleagues in other Council departments and wider health and social care organisations.
The post is a fixed term position for 12 months to provide additional capacity in the team to support the One Halton place based development.
Candidates should have knowledge experience in policy, performance and customer care
Experience of managing a range of projects / work streams
Able to work to deadlines
Knowledge of the current developments in the health and social care landscape
Experience of managing staff
