We are seeking an enthusiastic, adaptable and proactive analyst to join our Service Desk team to provide customer focused first line IT technical support to agreed service levels in a hybrid working environment. This opportunity is available to those who already have experience in IT support or working in a Service Desk environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out duties directed by the Support and Finance Lead and DevOps Service Manager, which include 1st line support via email, self-service or phone calls, creating support tickets, first line fixes and completing basic script/process driven tasks.
