We are looking for an Insurance Manager to provide a proactive, solution-focussed, professional financial service to our business. You will play a key role in supporting our services by overseeing our corporate insurance arrangements serving key stakeholders across the business including Directors, Senior Leadership Teams and schools. Your focus will be on leading the insurance team, ensuring the Council is protected for the risks it faces, value for money is achieved and that claims received are dealt with promptly and defended and minimised as appropriate,
You will be creative with a fresh thinking approach and the ability to challenge and innovate. The ideal candidate will be a strong, strategic and inspirational leader an exceptional collaborator, able to navigate and manage different stakeholder needs and multiple demands in a fast-paced environment. You will be passionate about managing our insurance arrangements to make improvements and implement real change?
