Job Title: HR Manager - Resourcing
Location: County Hall, Hertford (Hybrid Working)
Salary Range: £46,845 - £49,866 pa (additional Local Government Pay Award pending)
Hours: 37 hours per week

The role of Resourcing Manager will take responsibility for delivering all aspects of our ‘in house’ recruitment and onboarding functions, alongside managing our media and agency worker partners. You will be joining at an exciting time as we look to change our processes, systems and re-think how we operate as we strive to be the best we can.
