Salary: Grade 9, being £11,246.35 to £12,425.27 per annum
Hours: 15 hours per week
Contract Type: Fixed Term until April 2022 covering maternity
Are you a qualified graphic designer? Would you like to help the council shape campaigns and inspire our community? Are you passionate about creating quality content and engaging creatives?
An opportunity has arisen in the corporate design team for a part-time (15 hours per week), fixed-term maternity cover role up to April 2022.
If you're qualified graphic designer and keen to hone your craft, get some hands on experience working on active council communications campaigns - designing for print, digital, outdoor and other channels to create engaging content that inspires behaviour change and supports our community - then this role is for you!
You will get involved in creative work, filming and editing, supporting services to achieve the best solution to reach their audience, overseeing and leading on campaign activity and working with the wider communications team to achieve this.
The role is varied - it's busy - it's exciting and fun, working with a team of inspiring colleagues and shaping how the council appears to various audiences. A critical part of the comms team and the council.
