The Council is seeking to recruit a customer focused Centre Assistant for the Frank Myler Pavilion, Liverpool Road, Widnes.
Working Pattern: 3 evenings per week for 3 weeks, and 3 evenings and 1 Saturday (every 4th week).
We are looking for someone who will oversee building operations and administer community bookings, ensuring that the building, both internally and externally, is kept to a high standard. Previous experience of working with the public is essential. You will be based with the Sports Development Team working as part of a team and on your own, when required.
A semi- structured approach to working pattern is taken, your rota will include working 5pm – 8:15pm on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday; the fourth week you will be required to work on a Saturday 8:00am – 5:30pm. The hours will fit in with centre bookings and availability of other staff, thus are subject to change. You may be required to work at other Council buildings across the borough where necessary.
The rota may be subject to change.
As the post involves lone working candidates must be aged 18 years or over.
