About the role
A full-time, Social Worker permanent position has become available to join the Adult Social Care, County Wide Reviewing Team. Internal secondments will be considered with the agreement of your line manager.
You will have a good working knowledge and understanding of The Care Act 2014 and Mental Capacity Act 2005. You will also need to be confident and competent in assessing risk, undertaking mental capacity assessments, have a good understanding of Safeguarding Adults Policy and Procedures and be willing to develop in these areas.
This post offers you the opportunity to work, across the County in a multi-disciplinary way. You will have the ability to work flexibly, work to deadlines, and contribute to key projects ensuring the continued success of this high achieving team.

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
Work Permits: we may be able to obtain a Work Permit for this post but this is subject to meeting the requirements of the UK Border Agency’s Points-based Immigration System.
