About the role
Milton Grange is a 37 bed Rehabilitation Unit base in Eastbourne.
We have a multidisciplinary team here which provides support for our clients to achieve their goals and to be able to return home. We are looking for support workers to join our team and support our clients to identify their goals and achieve their optimum level of independence.
If you have some experience of caring and supporting older people with physical and /or mental health needs, and are use to working flexibly and responsively to ensure each individual needs are met in a person-centred way, you may be the person we are looking for to join our dedicated team.

A full induction will be given and all training is provided.

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
