About the role

We are seeking to appoint committed and motivated individual to provide comprehensive care for our service users. We provide bespoke support to enable them to lead enriched and fulfilled lives. Our team are committed to ensuring that individuals gain new and exciting opportunities whilst supporting them to maintain their independence, home and well-being.

As a Team Leader, you will assist the incredible people we support in their day to day lives, ranging from personal care, cleaning, cooking, shopping, budgeting, maintaining relationships and accessing the community. You will also work along-side the manager to professionally lead the care team during any span of duty, ensuring that a safe, effective and efficient care service is maintained which meets the needs of service users. To provide care to service users in accordance with their assessed needs and person-centred care.

You will lead and motivate the support team during the day to day running of the service. To provide a high standard of support in line with CQC compliance. To develop the skills service users, require to live independently as adults, realise their potential, fulfil their ambitions and achieve greater independence. To support the staff to provide a personalised service focused on individual needs and offer support and advice to empower families, carers and other professionals to confidently look after those who benefit from our services.and other seniors to lead and support a team of staff. You will be responsible for reviewing and implementing person centred support plans, risk assessments, administering medication and completing and checking daily reports.

The vacancy is for a full-time member of staff for 39 hours per week on a rolling Rota. You will be expected to be part of the on call Rota.

Additional information

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
