About the Role
This fixed term position to 31st March 2022 will involve working with Crawley Homes tenants who are at risk of tenancy failure. You will be part of the Housing Management team and your key duties will include; working with tenants who have complex needs or tenants who need further support around finances and wellbeing. You will need to pass a DBS check.
You will develop relationships with external agencies and work alongside the wider housing am to maximise the impact of advice and support. You will ensure that tenants receive tailored outcomes and are able to remain in their homes.
You will need to demonstrate an ability to cope with some difficult and sensitive situations. With excellent communication and customer service skills, you will have experience of team working and the ability to organise and prioritise work.

A full current UK driving licence will be a requirement of the role.
