Following the retirement of a valued member of our team we have a unique opportunity for a Community Support Worker to join our mobile night team. You will provide a night service supporting people to remain in their own homes across the island.

Working closely with people who use our service and their carers you will have a key role in providing this highly valued service that aims to consistently deliver high quality, person-centred support; which actively promotes, supports and maximises people’s independence.

You will have a range of experience in working within a health or social care setting and an NVQ/QCF Level 2 in Care is essential. You will be required to keep clear and accurate records with some use of IT required for which full training will be given. You will also possess a willingness to further develop your skills through regular training updates is essential. Candidates will also be expected to demonstrate an appropriate level of literacy and numeracy.

You will be well supported, receive regular structured supervision, training and development opportunities.
