The Isle of Wight Councils Re-ablement service is looking for enthusiastic staff to promote people regaining independence enabling them to return home. Having a person-centred approach is paramount during a persons journey of which you will be a part of. You will work to support individuals to reach their goals in conjunction with the Senior support workers, Physios and Occupational Therapists.

You will have a range of experience in working within care and a level 2 diploma in health and social care would be an advantage. A willingness to train is essential. Candidates will also be expected to demonstrate an appropriate level of literacy and numeracy. You will be supported, receive regular structured supervision, training and development opportunities
