About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Ratton School in a role dedicated to helping students thrive and achieve.

The successful applicant will lead the behaviour and pastoral support for students, as directed by the Year Leader, by the consistent implementation of our behaviour management policy and will also support the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) in managing, reporting and following up on any safeguarding concerns in accordance with a Deputy Designated Safeguarding role.
