The starting salary for this role is £35,382 per annum for a 36 hour working week.

Working as the Learning Design and Technology Consultant on the Education and Early Years System (EYES) project, you will design and commission e-learning courses through the creative and effective use of technology.
You will work closely with the Training Lead and EYES Systems Development and Training colleagues to create blended programmes that deliver the learning and organisational outcomes and benefit the learning experience of users within Education Lifelong Learning and Culture (ELLC).
You will find solutions to business problems, in collaboration with key members of the project team and subject matter experts, to ensure that learner needs are met.
You will be comfortable working collaboratively with practitioners and managers to proactively promote the Single View of a Child - EYES project, advising on where use of the EYES system could enhance front-line service delivery. In all that you do you will ensure that effective and proactive working relationships with all key stakeholders are maintained.
In this role, you will gain complete understanding of all newly developed business and system processes as well as understanding of how each business role will use EYES within the context of their work.
You must be able to work flexibly, as the role involves working alongside colleagues in different offices across the Surrey area, undertaking a range of tasks depending on business need.
To be shortlisted to interview for this position your application will clearly evidence:
- Experience of content curation and creation including authoring online content
- Knowledge of learner user journeys
- Creativity in designing and commissioning solutions that are engaging and serve an agile workforce
- Expert user of Articulate 360
- Experience of working on business system implementation programmes
