About the role

The role of a Process and Debt Recovery Officer is to investigate and respond to correspondence, challenges, representations and appeals in accordance with both statutory and non-statutory processes. On a day-to-day basis the role handles customer enquiries via phone, email or in writing, producing high quality responses whilst meeting tight deadlines.

The Process and Debt Recovery Officer seeks to review recorded contraventions, issuing PCNs to owners of vehicles identified by CCTV contravening legislation. Dealing with all parking, permit and debt recovery enquiries, the role works collaboratively with other team members, providing the necessary support.
