A great opportunity has arisen to join the North Somerset Safeguarding Adults Board as a Business Manager. This is a newly created post and is an exciting opportunity.
We are an ambitious multi-agency board. The business manager role is pivotal in ensuring the board is operating to the best of its ability in safeguarding adults at risk in North Somerset, and to evidence the impact of our partnership safeguarding activity.
The post-holder will work closely with the Independent Chair of the safeguarding board, the key partner strategic safeguarding leads and the chairs of the sub-groups.
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with demonstrable experience of effective partnership working and of setting and delivering to clear priorities and standards within a business planning framework.
The successful candidate will have experience of working within a multi-agency setting, have a good working knowledge of safeguarding adult legislation and be able to produce written reports to a high standard.
