The Estates and Valuation section is responsible for management of the investment property portfolio and operational assets and requires an enthusiastic Estates Technician.
The purpose of this role is to provide technical and administrative support to a group of Property Surveyors working on a number of projects including property management and development. The role will involve working with a range of internal and external people in the property business including for example: tenants, Council Officers and members of the public.
