As part of our changes, we have an exciting 6 month opportunity available in our team to drive forward our self-service and digital improvements programme. The Recruitment Assistant (deployment) will work with the Recruitment team to develop e-content for managers to support the implementation of recruitment self-service across the council. You will run training sessions for managers on the council’s recruitment system, using manager feedback to further enhance e-content to make it more accessible, supportive and user friendly. You will promote the day-to-day self-service delivery of online recruitment providing advice and support to hiring managers on recruitment system processes. You will champion the use of modern digital approaches to recruitment supporting the implementation of system improvements where required.
