Horsham District Council are looking for a talented and innovative Zonal Manager to join their existing team of dedicated managers within the Waste & Recycling section.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing all service delivery requirements within your dedicated area. You will also take responsibility for managing an allocated number of crews which would include conducting performance reviews, return to work and probation meetings.
To succeed in this role, you will have a desire to pro-actively collaborate with all key internal and external stakeholders, identifying and implementing resolutions at first point of contact ensuring resolutions are customer centric.
There will be meetings with external stakeholders outside of usual office hours which will require you to adopt a flexible approach to your working day.
