We are looking for an enthusiastic Chief Technician with proven experience in the operation of all aspects of Lighting & Live Sound. You should have passion and enthusiasm for the theatre, culture and performing arts and must be able to work as part of a small team in the Theatres Technical Department.
Your main duties will be the operation of all in house lighting, sound, audio visual and plant equipment, help provide the highest standards of technical support for incoming shows and events, ensuring the best possible presentation of all activities in the venue.
You will have experience in all aspects of technical theatre production including lighting, sound and audio visual systems and have previously worked in a theatre, touring production or similar environment.
You must be able to communicate with all theatre users including performers and their crew and possess the IT skills to in order to maintain and update equipment software.
