This is a rare opportunity for an independent and self-motivated individual to join the Environmental Health Service at Hinckley and Bosworth Borough Council as a regulatory compliance apprentice.
The role is predominantly focussed on regulatory compliance duties within the service, this will include the investigation of nuisance complaints e.g. barking dogs and public health complaints e.g. waste accumulations; but the role also specialises in animal control and licensing to include collection of stray dogs and pest control.
We are looking for someone who is strong minded and self-assured who is comfortable with the enforcement side to this role.
The apprentice will be eligible to complete the Level 4 Regulatory Compliance Officer Apprenticeship. Attendance at workshops, workplace support and experience will be provided to meet the course requirements.
