Oxford City Council has recently agreed to renew its citywide additional HMO licensing scheme, and are looking for two dynamic, experienced and enthusiastic Environmental Health Officers to join their busy HMO Enforcement Team. Well known for its proactive approach to enforcing conditions in the private rented sector, our team use their full range of skills in an effective and innovative way to secure improvements for residents in Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMOs) throughout the City.
The roles are demanding and so will require you to take personal responsibility for a wide and varied caseload and perform with a high level of professionalism and in return we will give you the opportunity to be part of a varied role that will include partnering other services, carrying out investigations and carrying out property inspections whilst being given the opportunity to develop as part of our Career Grade Scheme, working alongside our experienced officers and management teams..
