The Policy & Strategic Development Team are driven by developing best practice, exploring opportunities to enhance the work of internal/external partners, and supporting innovative and person-centred models of care.

Some of the key tasks for these two roles will include:

  • Tracking and learning from developments in national/local guidance and best practice relevant to health and social care.
  • Working alongside the Policy Development Manager to plan, implement, and monitor social care improvement projects
  • Supporting the Policy & Strategic Development Team in developing, coordinating, delivering, and monitoring our approach to provider communications and engagement.
  • Helping plan, shape, and facilitate engagement events that enable effective approaches to gathering feedback and collaborating on new ways of working.
