An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and committed individual to join the Housing Needs Service.
You will be responsible for working with a wide range of partner organisations providing advice and working proactively in the pursuit of supportive, safe solutions for clients experiencing domestic abuse.
You will participate in outreach work and raise awareness of domestic abuse in general within the local community. You will provide an efficient and caring service and provide colleagues with positive direction and advice on cases involving domestic abuse.
You will be expected to provide training whilst undertaking research and formulating bids for further funding, as well as leading on EFDC’s ambition to achieve DAHA accreditation.
You will work with the Homelessness Team Manager and Community Resilience Specialist to bring about change and improvements to service delivery whilst taking collective responsibility for ensuring excellent services are provided to our residents.
