Hours of work: 37 hours per week
Working pattern: Full-time, Term-time only (working for 40 weeks per year plus 6 weeks annual leave, which will increase after 5 years' continuous service)

About the role
Finance & Administrative Assistant
We require a hardworking and organised team player to join the finance and administrative team at the College.
You will have outstanding organisational skills, the ability to multi task, collate, input and monitor data accurately. You will need the ability to remain calm under pressure and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
The successful applicant will be required to complete a 3 day first aid course and administration of medicines course.

37 hours per week (8.30am – 4.30pm Monday - Thursday & 8.00am - 3.30pm Friday) 46 weeks per year (Term time only plus 5 days in the holidays to be agreed with line manager)
Grade: SS04 pt 9 - 10 Salary: £18,933 - £19,312 p.a. pro rata (Actual £16,629 - £16,962 p.a.)
