SALARY pro/rata for 18.5 hours per week ranges from £12,978 to £19,164.00, starting point depending on experience. The post is a career-graded.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive and successful in-house commercial legal team. The team provides support in contracts and procurement and aims to support the Council with a proactive and solution-focused approach. The team is looking to recruit a part time procurement officer to handle an interesting and varied caseload of procurement related matters.
In this important role, the successful applicant will be the lead officer for procurement at the Council, responsible for the development and implementation of our procurement strategy and for providing expert advice, training and guidance on procurement within the Council.
