An opportunity has arisen for a Support Time & Recovery Worker within the Wokingham Community Mental Health Service. You will be part of an enthusiastic and dedicated team who pride themselves in delivering excellent services to service users and their carers. The service is proud to be rated “Outstanding”. The post is to provide Support and give Time to service users with severe and/or enduring mental health problems in order to promote their Recovery. The post holder will work as part of a multidisciplinary team and through the Care Programme Approach (CPA)/Care Management Process will support adults with complex mental health needs to live as independently as possible.
The service comprises of a recovery service with a duty function and a time limited caseload. This position is based within the recovery team and the post holder will carry a varied caseload, acting as a support time & recovery worker. We are looking for someone with a good level of life experience, knowledge and skills to complement the team. The vacancy is for a Support Time & Recovery Worker. There will be opportunities for training and personal development available.
