We are looking for a Parking Finance and Project Officer to provide support to the Parking Manger and Parking Enforcement & Car Park Manager on financial related issues to ensure that all relevant deadlines and timescales are met.

To ensure that an effective, efficient and high quality of customer care is provided to members of the public. 

To provide day-to-day administrative support for the enforcement team, including, complaints, FOI/SAR requests, the collation and management of data, documents and information to assist colleagues in the delivery of the overall parking enforcement service.

To deputise for the Parking Supervisor, in ensuring the enforcement team are deployed appropriately and ensure availability for health & safety purposes, Also allocating administrative work as required, including the allocation of workloads and the responsibility for the image and performance of the team.
