The Post

 

At Brent, we have an established specialist single homelessness service to assist single individuals facing homelessness.  This is a fact paced and dynamic service. We recognise housing solutions are not the same for everyone.  In this role, you will be expected assess circumstances and needs of clients, identify suitable pathways and work with partners to resolve their homelessness.

We are seeking proactive, outcome focused people with the ability to communicate with residents and partners, develop effective partnerships, embrace change and develop professionally.

 

The Person

 

You must have an understanding of homelessness legislation, and an ability to learn legislation quickly with training, coupled with a strong interest in homelessness and a desire to work with vulnerable single homeless people.

A people focused person, you will be passionate about good customer service and take pride in delivering an excellent service. You need to be able to work proactively, be highly motivated, ambitious and ready for a new challenge.
