We’ve kept our major construction programmes delivering, whilst maintaining a focus on return on investment and maximising social value for our residents.
A key component of our delivery plans are NPS London, the Council’s joint venture with Norse Property Services who provide property consultancy services and act as a key delivery agent of our capital programmes.
The Council seek a Partnership Manager to ensure the NPSL provide the highest quality service to the Council. Also, to lead the Council’s commissioning of works, ensuring we high quality briefs inform our delivery plans.
NPSL Partnership Manager
Salary range: £45,834 to £48,819
As NPSL Partnership Manager you will strategically manage the NPSL partnership’s performance and lead the Council’s commissioning of works. Through robust KPIs you will ensure that the NPSL joint venture delivers to time, cost and quality requirements.
The post holder will provide a strong partnership approach and work collaboratively with key stakeholders across the Council and NPSL to ensure a quality service. You will demonstrate experience of managing large contracts to ensure high-quality outcomes, be able to demonstrate commissioning and manage service delivery within local government or the public sector.
The post holder will demonstrate experience of managing and reviewing contracts to ensure excellence in service delivery aligned to corporate objectives, continuous improvement and Value for Money. An understanding of property and/ or capital projects and the issues which may affect delivery will be advantageous.
The role is offered on a part office and home-based arrangement.
